Research, design and test to reduce the time it takes for room providers to update their inventory and for the travel agencies to book their rooms and offers.
We provided market research in the form or competitor analysis , market trends and customer research and satisfaction scores.
With this information we divided into two projects identified by the key objectives of the room provider customers and the travel agencies. This directed the room provider project to concentrate on speed of data entry and for us to achieve a 75% reduction in administration task time. Where as the travel agencies focus was about browsing and flexibly changing orders on the go and afterwards.
In both areas of the systems we were able to dramatically improve the customer satisfactions scores and reduce admin times for both sets of users.
