Redesign the business core acquisition system and design for white labelling.

The goal was to understand the internal teams requirements and go out to the market to understand potential customers that would use the new SaaS system.

How we did it

To ensure a new system that worked for the existing business and for potentially new client users, we ran two discovery directions, that would work independently of each other to ensure that the findings of the research were solely focused on existing and separately future clients.
