The project included discovery phase of the E2E service design of whole business critical platform, identified key business divisions to digitalise. Defining the the new landscape and testing the system to launch. With our help we reduced task process times by up to 500%.
Within the service design we conducted Heuristic reviews of current systems and designs, which redefined the strategy of the product and journeys.
Working with the stakeholders we built KPIs and benchmarks for the project and for each area of the system to ensure the project is a success.
We ran discovery sessions to understand the users needs from different areas of the business, from the research department, to the Insights and sales teams.
